Kettlebell basics
Learn the hinge, swing, push, pull, the clean and other basic kettlebell moves and learn how to craft circuit workouts for yourself. Comes with 3 circuit workouts designed by me for your needs and goals and a roadmap for how to craft your own intelligently sequenced circuits.
Movement at work
Think bigger about the power of movement. Let me help you get more movement into your workday without leaving your office by designing a movement-oriented work area and workday routines for your home (or at work). Learn how to craft movement “hygiene” breaks. For the athletic minded: get your movement prep & recovery done throughout your day so that you maintain a state of readiness for your training. For the non-athlete: learn how to incorporate moderate, functional resistance & mobility training into your workday. A continuation of what we cover in MWEd. and the most popular of my Cont. Ed. courses.
Functional cardio & strength
Training programming, accountability, space design and equipment consulting for home. Will start by working with what you have, getting creative with things you didn’t know it would be useful that you already own, and I’ll make suggestions for items you can purchase to add to your mix and that fit your budget.
Quitting sugar and finding a sweeter life on the other side.
An educational and accountability program for improving your health, your habits and your relationship with food. **If fitness/sports performance and/or weight loss are part of your goals, this course is highly recommended to do in conjunction with any of my programs.
