Hi, I’m Sandy.
I am a problem solver, skills coach and a bridge builder, spanning the gap between personal trainer and physical therapist. I am a Functional Movement, Yoga & Active Recovery Specialist with 30+ years of training in fitness, yoga & rehabilitative modalities. My goal is simple, I want to teach you how to develop and maintain a sustainable body throughout your lifetime.
We all have the potential to grow strong, stay mobile, manage many of our own aches & pains and age gracefully. No matter your age or situation, I believe that moving well is your starting point. I can’t wait to see you back in the game.

WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Move Well Ed. Program
In-person, virtual, travel immersion - 12 hours of curriculum customized to the current and future needs of your body.
12 hours of 1-on-1 sessions include evaluation of movement patterns, movement education, custom-designed programing and problem solving.
The goal is to become movement literate, more knowledgeable about what pain is telling you and empowered to solve your own aches and pains.
Are you a Move Well Ed. program grad or simply interested in picking up some new skills? These problem solving, next-level and/or exercise-oriented continuing ed. programs will fortify your fitness.
Some clients like to maintain 1-2 sessions a month with me to help them update their personalized programming, taking into consideration any new aches & pains they're managing, the seasonality of their sport, work life, etc.
An assisted stretching session to help you amplify your recovery between training/games. Expect a blend of functional yoga with assisted stretching, breath work and rehabilitative exercises followed by guided relaxation and meditation.
